I’ve had DNA internet for a lil over a year and no issues. Anytime I need them they are a phone call away! Recently I dealt with the run around with Comcast Business mobile with my business phone and recently switch over to DNA. In one day and in five minutes I had a new phone number and the techs were here to install everything in less than 20 minutes. Heather is absolutely AMAZING!! Thank you to Heather Bryant and Colton for exceptional service providing a landline for my mother. Even with many roadblocks, they continued to use every available resource to help my mom. Every conversation we had ended with reassuring and pleasant words. Heather was very accommodating with the phone plan and as a result my mom has a phone that is easy for her to use.
